Hey, I’m Jonathon Montanez — Founder of Rebel Rose Relations, business consultant, leadership coach, and unapologetic believer in doing things differently.

I started Rebel Rose because I was tired of seeing good people with great ideas struggle to get the results they deserve. Too many talented business owners are amazing at what they do, but they’re lost when it comes to marketing, or they’ve been burned by bad advertisers, empty promises, and wasted dollars. I've seen too many great leaders held back by teams that don’t share their vision; by people who create drag instead of helping the ship move forward. Business should feel exciting, not exhausting. It should light you up, challenge you to grow, and connect you with others who want to make a difference — not just a paycheck.

From marketing strategy and leadership coaching to sales and culture development, I help small business owners find clarity, confidence, and connection in the way they lead and communicate. As a certified NLP practitioner, I teach powerful communication techniques that help you build genuine rapport, strengthen your team, and connect with your customers on a whole new level.

I bring the same energy and purpose to my role as Organizer for TEDxTemecula, where I help thought leaders craft impactful, TED-style talks that inspire real change. My work is all about clarity, storytelling, and helping people show up as the best, most authentic version of themselves.

Over the years, I’ve been honored with awards like Affiliate of the Year from the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors, Valley Young Professional of the Year from the Temecula Chamber of Commerce, and recognition from the California State Treasurer for “Outstanding Contributions to the Arts and Business Community.” I’ve served as President of the Valley Young Professionals, Ambassador for the Temecula Chamber, Co-Founder of the Temecula Valley Business Expo, and Co-Host of the Neighbors Business Mixer.
